Voice Rights & AI Use Policy
All voice recordings, demos, performances and audio samples on this website are provided for listening and evaluation only unless separate written permission or a signed agreement states otherwise.
No AI Training, Cloning or Synthetic Voice Use
No audio from this website may be used to train, fine-tune, condition, prompt, build, test or improve any artificial intelligence, machine-learning, text-to-speech, speech-synthesis, voice-cloning, voice-conversion, digital-replica or synthetic-voice system without prior written authorization from Chris Evans / 9Line Studio.
This prohibition includes creating or attempting to create a model, embedding, dataset, voiceprint, digital replica or other system capable of reproducing, imitating or generating Chris Evans’ voice, vocal characteristics or performance style.
No Downloading, Scraping or Dataset Collection
Audio may not be downloaded, copied, scraped, extracted, harvested, cached for reuse, redistributed, republished, uploaded to third-party systems or incorporated into any dataset, corpus, model-training collection or voice library without prior written permission.
No Unauthorized Reproduction or Derivative Voice
No recording may be edited, transformed, remixed, synthesized, impersonated or otherwise used to create derivative audio intended to imitate Chris Evans’ voice or suggest that Chris Evans performed or endorsed material he did not actually record.
Client Work and Licensed Use
Licensing of a finished voice-over recording does not transfer ownership of the underlying voice, vocal identity or any right to create a synthetic or cloned voice. AI training, cloning, digital-replica rights and synthetic-voice rights are excluded unless they are expressly negotiated and granted in a separate written agreement.
